Bio
Mohammad Hossein Moaiyeri received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Architecture (Digital Electronics) from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran in 2012. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Shahid Beheshti University. He has supervised and advised many PhD and MSc theses and most of his former students are successful and prominent persons in academics and industry. He has more than 100 publications in prominent journals and conferences, which have been cited more than 2500 times. He co-authored the book entitled Advanced VLSI Circuits (Shahid Beheshti University Press). He is also co-inventor of a US Patent. He was selected as a distinguished researcher of Shahid Beheshti University in 2019. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has served as an Associate Editor of Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing (Springer). His interests are in the area of VLSI design for beyond-CMOS emerging nanodevices, neuromorphic VLSI circuits, approximate computing, spintronic-based Circuits, and VLSI Interconnects.
