Miah, M.A.R.

Mohammad Abu Raihan Miah (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California at San Diego, CA, USA. He was one of the recipients of Qualcomm FMA Fellowship, from 2016 to 2017. He is currently working on the design, fabrication, modeling, and characterization of photodetectors using disordered material for various applications ranging from single photon sensing, imaging, infrared detection, and optical communications.
