K. Said Mohamed

Mohamed Khamis Said has grown up with an interest to love human systems and to understand human-nature relations in general. His interest led him to study geography and trained as human geographer, natural resources manager and environmentalist. Mohamed is an academic staff from the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of Dodoma. He received BAED (Geography) at the State University of Zanzibar in 2007, MSc in Natural Resources Management at UDOM and PhD (Geography) at the University of Dar es Salaam. Mohamed used political ecology to analyse the human behavior as causes of landscape changes. His interest on human system, nature and academic background propelled him to conduct various researches on population, social institutions and system, natural resources management, environmental conservation and climate change. Mohamed is always curious in studying, conducting research and publish. Mohamed’s dream is to become a distinguished scholar.
