I have learned many about rational drug design both ligand-based and structure-based. I have gained the experience of working on some of drug design software like - Accelrys Materials Studio (QSAR), Accelrys Discovery Studio (Homology Modeling)and Molegro Virtual Docker (Molecular Docking) that enables me to give a valuable assistance about these topics. I worked on Tripos SYBYL package and MOE for expanding my knowledge about tools in drug design, Also the experience of synthesis/purification.
