Mingyang You

Mingyang You received the B.S. degree in microelectronics science and engineering and the M.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China, in 2020 and 2023, respectively. Since 2019, he has been with the State Key Laboratory of Superlattices and Microstructures, Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and co- cultivating his M.S. degree with Lanzhou University. He is currently an Analog Design Engineer with PhotonIC Technologies (Shanghai) Company Ltd., Shanghai, China. His current research interests include IC design of radio frequency and mixed signals specific to silicon photonics and electrical/optical transmitters.
