Bio
刘敏,中国科学技术大学材料系副教授。1981年出生于湖北襄阳。 2007年于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获得工学博士学位,2007-2010年,分别在南洋理工大学和新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究工作,2010 年加入中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系,主要负责多铁材料及稀土掺杂纳米材料的制备与上转换发光研究。现已发表包括 Theranostics., Appl. Phys. Lett., Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells., J. Am. Ceram. Soc.等论文近30篇,其中第一和通讯作者16篇;在投4篇。被SCI引用200余次,其中单引最高53次。代表性工作有:成功制备了透过率为81.8%的YAG透明陶瓷(1mm厚, 1064nm)、PMN-PT系列透明陶瓷、层状多铁纳米等。Laser & Photonics Reviews (if=7.976), International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials, Journal of Materials Science 等杂志审稿人,国家自然科学基金函评专家。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金、安徽省自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后基金面上项目各1项,参与科技部国家重大科学研究计划 1项
