Mikel Anibarro Ortega

I am a chemist, holding a Master's degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy of Natural Products. Currently, I am the recipient of a scholarship from the Portuguese government's Foundation for Science and Technology, supporting my doctoral research in Agri-Food Science and Technology at the University of Vigo. My research is centered in the reintroduction of agricultural by-products into the industry as novel bioresources of added value, aligning with the principles of a circular economy and zero waste.
