Mihir D Wechalekar

Dr Mihir D Wechalekar currently works as an academic rheumatologist at the Rheumatology Unit, Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide, Australia, and is an Associate Professor at Flinders University of South Australia. Mihir was awarded the Flinders University Vice Chancellor's Award for Early Career Research in 2017. His areas of interest are early rheumatoid arthritis and synovial membrane biology in health and disease. His current project is 'Characterisation of synovial cellular content and pathotypes in rheumatoid arthritis.'
