个人简介
His current research focuses on the atomistic modeling of various materials, including semiconductor/oxide interfaces and two-dimensional materials (Xenes, transition metal dichalcogenides, metal oxides,...), and their heterostructures. He has authored or co-authored about 400 publications, given about 50 invited talks and seminars, and been co-organiser of several international symposia and conferences. He has been (co)editor of two review books published by CRC Press, one on high-k gate dielectrics (2003) and one on 2D materials for nanoelectronics (2016). He is a Fellow of the Electrochemical Society, a Fellow of the American Physical Society, and an IEEE Fellow.
