Michael R Hoane

I am currently a Professor of Psychology in the Neuroscience Research Center and Department of Psychology at Southern Illinois University. I have over 20 years experience working with animal models of traumatic brain injury and other neurological conditions. I am Director of the Restorative Neuroscience Laboratory which utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to study brain injury. We investigate the neuroprotective ability of many compounds and work to improve the current animal models of TBI.
