I am a leading authority on the use of biological control for the management of aquatic and wetland plants. Currently, I am lead principle investigator and biological control Focus Area Lead for the USACE APCRP directing, developing and implementing independent basic and applied research on the use of biological control technologies. I have experience researching and implementing exploration, release, establishment, and mass-rearing of agents specific to the aquatic and wetland situations.
