Michael Perry received the B.A. degree in mathematics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, in 2007, the master’s degree in financial engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2015, the M.A. degree in defense and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, RI, USA, in 2020, and the Ph.D. degree in systems engineering and operations research from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA, in 2021. His research interests include game theory, sampling-based optimization, and decision analysis.
