Michael is Professor of Management, Bangor Bus Sch, & Founder/Director of The TRANSFORMATION Project (www.thetransformationproject.co.uk). His research focuses on change from a multi-disciplinary perspective. He is on several Editorial Boards, publishes in leading journals, and has co-edited 3 books. His engaged scholarship (c£1.5m) has been recognized (CMI and ESRC), and the OECD used his research to evaluate international policy implementation. An ERDF project measured growth across 38 SMEs.
