Mey van Munster

Major in Physical Education at State University of Campinas (1991), Specialization in Adapted Physical Education (1992), Master’s (1998) and Doctoral’s (2004) in Physical Education, in the concentration area of Adapted Physical Activity at Universidade Estadual de Campinas – UNICAMP / Brazil. Post-doctoral internship with the Kinesiology, Sports Studies and Physical Education - KSSPE Department at the State University of New York - College at Brockport. Associate professor in the Department of Physical Education and Human Movement, at Universidade Federal de Sao Carlos - UFSCar, where she coordinates the Center for Studies in Adapted Physical Activity - NEAFA and Service/Extension Projects related to the theme. Advisor in Special Education Graduate Program in UFSCar, at master's and doctoral levels. Member of the Brazilian Society of Adapted Motor Activity (SOBAMA) since 1995. Member of International Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (IFAPA) since 2011.
