As a senior R&D manager I drive and develop our strategic agenda within Food Chemistry through my management of highly skilled specialists covering both senior research scientists, research scientists and research technicians. Our focus is on understanding how food processing affects the chemical composition of our raw material and products and thus how that influence the consumer experience in terms of taste and functionality.
