Omer Faruk Alcin received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electronics and Computers Education, a Ph.D. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Firat University, Turkey, in 2007, 2011, and 2015, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, Malatya Turgut Ozal University. His research interests include signal processing, machine learning, medical image processing, and deep learning.
