Investigating whether lysate generated from heat treated tumor cells presented by DCs can generate a potent brain tumor-specific T cell product for the treatment of pediatric brain tumors. Characterizing T cells targeting WT1, PRAME & survivin generated for infusion into pediatric patients with brain tumors. Immunophenotyping PBMCs obtained from patients treated with tumor-specific immune cells to correlate outcome with immune cell phenotype.
