Performing long-term human biomonitoring studies (healthy individuals and allergic rhinitis patients) to investigate how nasal and systemic immune responses develop under natural pollen exposure. Here, we are especially interested in the kinetics of nasal cytokine and immunoglobulin responses (IgE, IgG, IgA), and their relation to pollen exposure, respiratory virus occurrence and symptoms.
