Md. Mazharul Islam (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with The University of Tennessee Knoxville, TN, USA. Since August 2020, he has been a Research Assistant with the Nanoelectronic Devices and Integrated Circuits (NorDIC) Laboratory. His research interests include beyond CMOS technologies and neuromorphic computing hardware in emerging devices. Mr. Islam’s awards and honors include the Tennessee’s Top 100 Graduate Fellowship and the DAC Young Fellowship.
