Bio
Md. Maruf Billah is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, Chattogram. He joined as a lecturer in July 2019 in the same Department and was promoted to the recent position in June 2022. Before joining this university, Mr. Billah served as a lecturer in Green University of Bangladesh, Dhaka in 2019. Earlier, he was graduated in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka in September 2018 and completed his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology in December 2021. Mr. Billah published articles on Journal of Materials Research and Technology, Alexandria Engineering Journal, Heliyon, Results in Materials, Cleaner Materials, etc. His research interests are on Computational Materials Science, Mechanics of Materials and Natural Fiber Reinforced Composite Materials. Currently, he is researching on Molecular Dynamics to examine the mechanical and thermal behaviors of intermetallic compounds which are formed in nano-solder joints.
