I am currently conducting research on antidiabetic plants using Streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetic model rats. The esteemed Prof Dr Begum Rokeya is supervising my work. My expertise lies in drug development, cDNA synthesis, DNA and mRNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, Liver glycogen, Gut perfusion, as well as handling and caring for experimental animals. Additionally,I have experience in preparing various types of animal models, such as dyslipidemia,thrombocytopenic & arthritis
