Career Trajectory
Bio
Our laboratory studies macromolecular structure with an aim toward an in-depth understanding of structure-function relationships. We use and develop methods to determine, analyze and exploit the structure of proteins and their complexes with other molecules. The research contributes powerful insights into biological function and finds application in drug discovery. Structure-based drug design is a major focus, with the aim of identifying novel therapeutic agents.
