Sarah McGrath-Blaser

My research focus centers on amphibian disease ecology. Amphibians, one of the fastest disappearing groups of organisms on the planet, are being bombarded by a wide array of different stressors, compounded by the spread of devastating diseases to naive areas. Therefore, I am researching the modes of transmission that these pathogens use to travel to and amongst amphibian populations to better understand how to stop these diseases from causing further losses.
