May Soe Aung

Associate Professor at University of Medicine-1 ,Yangon, Myanmar. I finished M.B,B.S in 2006. My second degree was Master of Public Health from University of Public Health, Yangon, Myanmar and completed in 2010. I am selected as DHS Fellow from DHS Fellows Program (ICF, USA) in 2019. I finished PhD (Public Health) course in University of Public Health, Yangon during 2021. My study area for PhD Thesis is Maternal Health and Quasi Experimental Study Design is applied as intervention for family care-givers of pregnant women to improve continuum of care in maternal health. In 2022, SEAOHUN Regional Grant for Myanmar was received for conducting research related to One Health Approach as a Project Leader Attending Diploma of Medical Education in 2023 Currently acting as one of secretraits of Research and Ethics Committee.
