Maxim Meltsin

Maxim Meltsin received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, in 2012. He is a multi-disciplinary research engineer at the seam of electronics and photonics. He is an expert in FPGA, complex DSP algorithms, digital control analysis, implementation, and integration. He has huge experience in photonic/analog/RF sub-systems interfaces, digital control, ability to conceptualize end-to-end systems solutions, and mathematically analyze performance and tolerance.
