Mauricio Rodríguez-Mayorga

I am a Spanish researcher that started in 2006 in Granada (Spain) my bachelor's studies in the faculty of science. I spent one year in Alicante as a SICUE student (Spanish national mobility program) from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, I returned to Granada and finished my chemistry studies, where I graduated as the best student of my year. Then, I joined the group of Prof. Solà and Dr. Matito at the University of Girona (Spain), where I took a master's in theoretical and computational chemistry. This master's was organized by the Catalan universities (the University of Girona, University of Barcelona, University Autonomous of Barcelona, and University Rovira i Virgili). In 2013, I graduated as the best student of the year for this master's. After completing the master, I started my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Solà and Dr. Matito. During my PhD, I had several collaborations with members of the group of Prof. Ugalde (University of the Basque Country-Spain) and I also did a short stay of three months in the group of Dr. Fromager (University of Strasbourg). In June 2019, I joined the Group of Prof. S. Luber at the University of Zurich. In 2020, I joined the group of Dr. F. Bruneval at CEA-Université París Saclay till the end of that year. In 2021, I started to work at VU-Amsterdam as a Marie Curie IF under the supervision of Prof. L. Visscher till December 2022. Next, I worked under the supervision of Prof. J. C. Sancho-García at the University of Alicante during the first half of the year 2023. Following, in July 2023, I joined the Group of Dr. G. D'Avino at the Néel Institut in Grenoble.
