Matthew Lineberry

My research is focused on how we can optimize deliberate practice in healthcare - essentially, transforming healthcare to adopt and adapt the kinds of practice regimens that lead to elite-level performance in fields like music and athletics. I am especially focused on: (1) Simulation-based Training & Assessment, (2) Computer-Adaptive Training & Education, (3) Assessment for Learning (rather than just "of" learning), and (4) Educational Research Methods.
