Taught UG and PG in Agricultural Sciences in Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya( BCKV), West Bengal. Published research papers (over 100), and established Pant Health Clinic for Pest Advisory Services for the growers of West Bengal. Supervised 13 M.Sc. and 10 Ph.D students; they are now established as University Teachers/Administrators/Officers etc. to serve the country. Changed job from BCKV to ICAR in 2015 as Principal Scientist in the Division of Nematology, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. Recently taken over the charge of Professor, Division of Nematology for a period of five years (2018-2023).
