个人简介
Massimo L. Filograno received the Laurea second-level Italian degree
in electronic engineer (five years program) from the Polytechnic of Bari, Bari, Italy, in 2009, and an international
Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronics, University of Alcala, Madrid, Spain, in 2013. The topic of his
doctoral dissertation was on the development of optical fiber sensors applied to the high-speed railway environment.
While working toward the Ph.D. degree, he was a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Electromagnetism and
Telecommunication, University of Mons, Belgium. Since 2008, he has been with the Group of Photonics Engineering of the
University of Alcala, and the Optics Institute of the Spanish National Research Council, Madrid, Spain. He joined the
Optoelectronic Group of the University of Sannio as a Postdoctoral Fellow in 2014 working on fiber optic point
sensors. He is currently a Marie Curie Fellow working on distributed optical fiber sensing with the project DIVAS, EU
funded, under the Horizon 2020 program (H2020-MSCA-IF-2015). His research interests include the wide field of linear
and nonlinear interactions in optical fibers.
