Mary MC Mackay

Mary is a postdoctoral fellow within the monitoring, control and surveillance team at CSIRO. Her research focusses on the human dimensions of global illegal fishing. Her background is in behavioural and experimental economics exploring the role of social norms and behaviour change. She aims to contribute to research on non-compliance and explore tools to improve reporting and encourage legal behaviour as well as explore the influence of bias and community buy-in within fisheries management.
