个人简介
Martina G.Gallarza (PhD) is Full Professor at the Marketing Department of Universidad de Valéncia (SPAIN). She has formerly taught at Universidad Católica de Valencia, where she was Dean of the Business Faculty. Her research interests include consumer behaviour, non profit marketing and services marketing.
Particular research areas focus on perceived value related to satisfaction and loyalty, hospitality and tourism services, and health care services.
