Markus Vogelbacher

Markus Vogelbacher received the Dr.Ing. degree in mechanical engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Karlsruhe, Germany, in 2018. Since 2015, he has been a Scientist with the working group “Advanced Automation Methods for Industrial Processes,” Institute for Automation and Applied Informatics, KIT. His research focuses on image processing and machine learning methods. Dr. Vogelbacher received the NAMUR Award 2018 for his dissertation.
