Dr. Boguski received the Regent’s Award from the National Library of Medicine and the Director’s Award from the National Institutes of Health. He was an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, and honorary Fellow of the College of American Pathologists, a Fellow of the American College of Medical Informatics, a former reviewing editor of Science magazine and past Editor-in-Chief of Genomics. He published nearly 150 peer-reviewed publications and more than 130 presentations at scientific conferences.
