Mario Rosario Guarracino

Mario R. Guarracino received the MS degree in applied mathematics and the PhD degree in mathematics . He is currently chief scientific officer with the Laboratory of Algorithms and Technologies for Networks Analysis, National Research University Higher School of Economics and senior lecturer with the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. His aim is to help life scientists to have a better insight in their problems, without the hassle of integrating and inspecting large quantities of data coming from different sources. His research interests include study and develop novel algorithms, methods and software tools based on mathematical programming, and statistical learning theory.
