Animals and their welfare are very close to my heart and are one of the main drivers in my work and research. I am very curious and eager to discuss projects, new ideas and initiatives. I am proactive and hate to wait for things to just occur. Mistakes and problems are an inextricably part of work and for me they form a stimulant to improve processes, in collaboration with all team members.
