Marie Garcia Bardon

Marie Garcia Bardon received the M.Sc. degree in engineering from Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in collaboration with Inter-University Micro-Electronics Center (IMEC), Belgium, in 2010. She is currently a Senior Research Scientist with IMEC, where she has been continuously working on emerging technologies targeting ultrascaled nodes. Her interests include analysis and modeling of CMOS and beyond CMOS devices (FinFETs, nanosheets, Tunnel FETs, FerroFETs, CNTs), power-performance-area (PPA) analysis and benchmarking of digital circuits, and design/technology co-optimization.
