Souto-Lopes Mariana

I am Mariana do Souto Lopes and I am from Porto, Portugal. I graduated in Dental Medicine (Integrated Master degree) in 2010 at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto (FMDUP). Since then, I have been working as a dentist in several private dental clinics in the metropolitan area of Porto. In 2012 I finished my MSc in Oral Rehabilitation. From 2012 to 2014 I collaborated as an external researcher at the Basic Sciences Department of FMDUP. In 2015 I became a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). In 2016 I became a PhD student researcher at the Biocomposites group (INEB) of Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde (i3S) of University of Porto. Ever since my final graduation year I have been interested and involved in investigation projects related to the biomaterials field, especially for bone regeneration.
