María Pilar Utrillas

María Pilar Utrillas received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Valencia, Valencia, Spain, in 1989 and 1995, respectively. She is currently with the Solar Radiation Group, Department of Earth Physics, University of Valencia, where she has specialized in radiation-transfer codes and in solar spectral and integral instrumentation and is teaching mainly physics and atmospheric radiative transfer. Her main investigation work has been focused on the study and analysis of atmospheric aerosols and their influence on solar radiation reaching the Earth's surface.
