Maria Goretti de Vasconcelos Silva

Maria da Guia da Silva She has a Ph.D degree in power engineering from UMIST/UK, M.Sc and B.Sc degrees in power engineering from UFPB/Brazii. She is an Associate Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering, UFMA, São Luís Brazil. Her primary research interest is the modeling, evaluation and application of probabilistic techniques for power system problems, particularly those concerned with reliability and power quality. She is a member of the IEEE.
