Marco Passarotti

Digital Humanist with a specialism in Linguistic annotation of corpora (treebanks) and Lexicology for Latin. My research interests refer to Corpus Linguistics applied to Latin, with a special focus on dependency-based treebanks and linguistic annotation, as well as to Latin and Thomistic lexicology. I also possess an extensive cultural background with a particular focus on History (from ancient to modern-contemporary eras), on Medieval history and on the History of the Catholic Church with regard to relations between authorities, theological controversies, and the contemporary debate between traditionalism and modernism. Finally, I have been developing skills and expertise as Web content specialist (proofreader and editor, web editor, content writer, copywriter).
