Our research group is dedicated to research on animal andrology, with cattle being the main biological model. Currently we are studying the microRNAs and sperm proteins related to the process of fertilization and early embryonic development. For these studies we mainly use RNAseq, Q-TOF Mass Spectrometer, in vitro embryo production, confocal microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, among other techniques.
