Marcel Buchholzer

Currently I am working as a project coordinator for the Healthy Crops project at the Molecular Physiology at the Heinrich-Heine-University Dusseldorf, Germany. In the project I am coordinating a team of highly motivated scientists and guide them through the project details and their financial aspects. The project aims to achieve significant yield increases for smallholder farmers in Africa and Asia by providing resistant rice varieties that can be introgressed with local elite lines.
