My research interest are the fields of Separation Science, Phytochemistry and Metabolomics. I mainly have focused on volatile composition of aromatic and medicinal plants, but also have worked on the aromas of wines and fermented products, and in microbial metabolomics. I have experience in gas chromatography methodologies (GC-FID, GC-qMS, eGC, GC-GC, GC-O) and different extraction techniques (SD, SDE, SPME, SFE). Also, I have applied biological assays in my research.
