Maja Gro Rydahl

I am a Ph.D. student at Section for Plant Glycobiology, Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences, with a M.Sc. degree in Biology-Biotechnology. I work on developing and characterising cell wall directed molecular probes, by utilizing the high-throughput power of carbohydrate microarray technology. I specifically focus my work at the cell walls of green algae. The aim is thereby to understand how the highly complex and carbohydrate-rich cell walls that characterise plants have evolved.
