Mahmoud M. Selim

Mahmoud Mohamed Selim received the B.Sc. degree in mathematical sciences and the M.Sc. degree in mathematics from the Faculty of Science, Assuit University, Asyut, Egypt, in 1987 and 1994, respectively, and the Diploma in mathematics, statistics, and computer sciences from the International Institute of Seismology and Earthquake Engineering (IISEE), Tsukuba, Japan, in 2000. He is currently a Full Professor in Applied Mathematics and Statistics with the Al-Aflaj College of Science and Humanities, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia. He is currently a Visiting Researcher (Ph.D. program) with the International Institute of Seismology and Earthquake Engineering (IISEE), Tsukuba, Japan. He is also a Vice Dean for quality and development with Al-Aflaj, Science college, Salman Bin Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He has authored or coauthored several university textbooks and over 60 scientific papers printed in international and national journals, and proceedings of international and national scientific conferences.
