Topics that I have been involved with include designing and manufacturing novel device applications in wide-bandgap semiconductors (transistors and optoelectronic devices), focusing on GaN, GaAs, SiC, and ZnO.
I have extensive experience with simulations, laboratory work (chemical processing in a cleanroom, implantations), and measurements (Raman and PL spectroscopy, electrical, and Rutherford backscattering) as well as data processing and visualization.
