Haiyan Luo

Haiyan Luo received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in optics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Hefei, China, in 2010. She is the Optics Designer of the Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Instrument (GMI) payload with CAS. Her main research interests are the design and development of optical instruments.
