Luciano M. Lião. B 1968. B.Sc., 1991, Ph.D.,1997, Federal University of São Carlos – UFSCar, Brazil. Pos-doc., 2006-07, UFSCar. Visiting Professor at University of Toronto at Scarborough, 2019. Full Professor at Universidade Federal de Goiás - UFG, since 1996. He was first involved with NMR during his Ph.D. research on the chemistry of natural products. Since 2008 he has been in charge of the NMR laboratory in the chemistry institute at UFG. Research interest: NMR as an analytical tool for biofuels, fossil fuels, food, and peptide structure.
