Luciana Peixoto

I am graduated in Biology and Geology, Master in Geological Heritage and Geoconservation and PhD in Biological and Chemical Engineering by University of Minho. My PhD research focused on the use of Microbial Fuel Cells for autonomous systems, studying kinetics and technological advances in wastewater treatment and sensor applications. I am author/co-author of 5 ISI publications and my current research activities are related to the development of solutions for nutrients removal and electricity prodution from Urine.
