Lucia Carmela Passacatini

I am a Ph.D. in Life Science at “University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro”, XXXIV Cycle, Biotechnological Curriculum. I spent 18 months abroad at the Karolinska Institute. Currently, I am a researcher at San Raffaele (Rome). I work with Cell cultures, Purification of PBMCs and lymphocytes subpopulations in human and mouse, mouse handling, Multiparametric cytofluorimetry. Moreover, I worked with Western blotting, RNA extraction and Real Time-PCR, PCR; I use FlowJo and GraphPad software for univariate statistical analysis. I got Laboratory Animal Science Function A ( theory and practical part), ECDL certificate skills card, ESB Level C1, English speaking board.
